Security Deposit:

A $5,000 security deposit is required for all bookings. It is held 2 days before arrival until 14 days following departure.

Payments:

1st Payment = 10% required up front / 2nd Payment = Due 14 days before arrival, collected automatically once booking is confirmed (an email will be sent to remind the customer)

Pending & Auto Cancellation:

If a booking is made using a payment method that doesn't automatically charge the guest, the following rules are used to put the booking in a pending state with auto-cancellation if payment isn't received/recorded by the deadline.

Check Payments:

The booking will be made pending for 14 days.

Offline Payments:

The booking will be made pending for 14 days.

If Pending Expires:

The booking will automatically be cancelled.

Credit Cards:

When the guest accepts and finalizes a quote, the card will be charged and a normal booking will be created without a pending status.

Cancellation:

Guests will receive a 100% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival, and a 50% refund if canceled more than 7 days before arrival. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, no refund will be issued. There is a 24-hour grace period after booking for free cancellation if arrival is at least 6 days away.

Minimum Stay:

A three-night minimum is required.

Events:

Small events are allowed with express permission from the Host.
