Assigning rooms ahead of time helps us prepare the house and, perhaps more importantly, helps avoid that awkward “who’s staying where?” moment when everyone arrives. Some rooms are more easily accessible for guests with mobility considerations, while others may be better suited for grandparents, hosts, or other priority guests. Knowing your preferences in advance allows us to make sure everyone is comfortably settled from the moment you arrive.

No worries if your plans are still coming together—just send us your best estimate and any updates as they come. We know guest lists can evolve, and we’re happy to adjust as needed.
