There are two booking options at High Head.

Security Deposit:

A $5000.00 security deposit is required for all bookings. It is held 2 days before arrival until 7 days following departure.

Payments:

1st Payment = 10% required up front / 2nd Payment = Due 30 days before arrival, collected automatically ( an email will be sent to remind the customer)

Pending & Auto Cancellation:

If a booking is made using a payment method that doesn't automatically charge the guest, the following rules are used to put the booking in a pending state with auto-cancellation if payment isn't received/recorded by the deadline.

Check Payments:

The booking will be made pending for 14 days.

Offline Payments:

The booking will be made pending for 14 days

If Pending Expires:

Automatically cancel the booking

Credit Cards:

When the guest accepts and finalizes a quote, the card will be charged and a normal booking will be created without a pending status.

Cancellation:

Guest receives 90.00% if cancellation occurs at least 90 days before arrival; guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival. No refunds within 30 days of arrival. There is a 24 hour grace period after booking for free cancellation if arrival is at least 6 days away.

Stay Restrictions:

Arrival day and departure day must be Friday.
